Lease Renewal & Reservation Policy
To maintain machine availability for all customers, VendVerse requires lease renewal confirmation at least 21 days before your lease end date. Without timely confirmation, your machine may be reassigned to another customer who has placed a reservation. This policy ensures fair access and supports the sustainability of our small-location leasing network.

Important Lease Conditions & Responsibilities
Damage and Neglect
Repairs from vandalism, abuse, or neglect are not included and will be invoiced separately to maintain equipment quality.
Service Access
Clients must provide safe, reasonable access for maintenance and repairs to ensure uninterrupted vending service.
Relocation Policy
We offer free relocation of leased machines within the same building upon your request to fit your changing space needs.
Ownership and Subleasing
All equipment remains VendVerse property; subleasing or transferring the machine to others is not permitted.
Spoilage Handling
Small sites have tailored spoilage policies to minimize losses and maintain product freshness effectively.
Lease Compliance
Timely lease renewals are required to secure machine placement and avoid relocation to other customers.
